Face-emotion processing in irritable youths: Implications for neuroscience-informed treatment
Dr. Stoddard is a Research Fellow in the Emotion and Development Branch at the National Institute of Mental Health where, under the mentorship of Ellen Leubenluft, he is receiving postdoctoral training in fMRI related to neural developmental psychopathology of severe affective disorders in children. He obtained his MD from the University of California, San Francisco, and his MAS from the University of California, Davis. Prior to beginning his current appointment, Dr. Stoddard completed a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship as well as a research fellowship under the mentorship of Tony J. Simon at UCD. He is board certified in both General Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
